Why don't you list your prices? How much will a site cost?

The reason we don't list any prices on the site is because each project is unique. For an e-commerce site, the price varies greatly depending on what features you would like, how complex the design is, etc.

We will be happy to provide you with a detailed estimate for your project, just use our contact form to describe in detail what you have in mind and we will get back to you within one business day. As a general guideline, if you are looking to spend less than $3000, we are probably not the right firm for you.

Do you sell pre-made templates? Will you copy a design for me?

Afraid not. We feel as though a web site should be a reflection of the individual client, and as such, should be unique. Templates are inexpensive, but result in a web site that looks just like everyone else's. Stealing someone else's idea, even if you change the logo, is still stealing.

Why don't you have a phone number on your site?

We used to have the phone number on the site, but we were spending hours each day talking to people who were just looking for free advice or technical support. We have found that it is much more efficient to discuss the project via e-mail first to see if we even offer the services you are looking for. Once you hire us and a signed agreement is in place, we can talk to you on the phone as often as you wish!

How long will it take to design my site?

A typical e-commerce site takes between 2 and 3 weeks to complete if we receive all the necessary information in a timely manner. Design is usually a week to two weeks, and the implementation and setup can be done in a week. We will provide a firm schedule for you once we have an idea of the scope of your project.

Do you offer Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services?

While all of our sites are optimized for search engines from a code perspective, we don't offer keyword research, PPC campaign management or copywriting. We have an excellent consultant we can refer you to, and we strongly recommend this service if you are not familar with the ins and outs of Search Engine Optimization.

Are you hiring/looking for a consultant?

At the moment we are all set with employees and consultants.

Do you use Flash?

We feel Flash is best suited for media-oriented sites (movies, music, gaming, etc) but is not appropriate for use on an e-commerce web site. Most search engines still have a difficult time with Flash (they are getting better), as do people with slower internet connections.

Will you work on Adult sites?

Afraid not.

Can I hire you to finish my site/fix something that isn't working/check security settings?

We are not available for hourly consulting, troubleshooting, security checks or customization unless we set up the site for you or designed a skin for you. Each developer has a different way of coding, and trying to figure out what someone else did is not cost-effective for you, or fun for us!

Do you offer upgrade services for X-Cart?

X-Cart themselves do all of our upgrading. You can request a quote via your help desk.

I already have a design, can you implment it for me?

Occasionally we have some extra time on the schedule and we will take on a project like this, but for the most part we are a design-oriented firm and prefer to be involved with the design.

Do you work with any cart systems other than X-Cart?

Not at this time.
